I know you "think" that. You're beating a dead horse. But that isn't the point here. It is crucial for Maven that it gets rebuilt. It is simply the way Maven is architected. Little to do with what I or you want or think. That just a simple fact I think you will need to accept. I think is time to move on. I think you have enough feedback to try and get what you want working with a plugin or whatever.
