can anyone explain to me how does the construct - when test="${sourcesPresent == 'true'
work?
Where does maven look to check if sources are present and when is the value of the
sourcesPresent property actually set?

I'm definitely interested as I'm currently trying hard to base our
"deployment to multiple test environments" process around Maven and this
plugin at the moment. You've given me plenty of pointers in the right
direction so I think I'll get there eventually but if you've got the time
spare it would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Matt.
