Thanks for you reply. I fully respect and appreciate that you do this for free. So do I. The reason I sent the direct mail was the lack of response when I asked you for the cause of the problem. I'm sorry if you perceived that as me being too pushy. That was absolutely not my intention.
The jar bundle (not zip this time) is now available at 3 different locations, I've successfully tested all of them using wget:
