Not exactly sure what you mean by a comment. I ran puttygen and clicked generate key.
It generated one, and had values in the Key fingerprint and Key comment fields. I do not want a key passphrase, so I left them blank. I clicked save public key and save private key. I generated an SSH2 RSA key. Do II need to add something to the comment?
