The project.xml is in it and is valid : $ jar -tf maven-sdocbook-plugin-1.4-SNAPSHOT.jar | grep project.xml maven-sdocbook-plugin-1.4-SNAPSHOT/project.xml
Moreover I removed my .maven before launching maven.
