It's been working for me, but the repository connection is not actually set to ClearCase (It's actually a Maven project in CVS checking for changes in non-Maven stuff in ClearCase. Don't ask!)... The important part is making sure your maven.changelog.basedir points to a ClearCase view... Apart from that, if cleartool is in your path and ClearCase and your view are configured appropriately, you should see the changes reported...

This should work. Please make sure:
1) <repository><connection>...</connection></repository> is set
correctly in project.xml
2) maven.mode.online is not set to anything, or is set to true.

Other than that, I've never used clearcase, though I think there are
others here that have got this working and may be able to help.
