Ant used to solve this problem automatically when you
tell him that one project depends on another.
So I want to have a way, to issue a single command
e.g. EJB-COMPILE , and MAVEN compile the UTILS
automatically for me. That's what I want.
Use CruiseControl. That way you don't have to issue any commands.
