Hi John,

So the main task of the conversion tool to is to convert/replicate
maven1 to maven2 repo format?

Is it feasible to develop maven2 proxy to work with maven 1 repo?
This way I can keep downloading old artifacts using maven1 format
without replicating new set of maven2 repo.
