You would need to add a stanza that looks like this:

<id>lex-deploy</id>
<username>someuser</username>
<password>somepass</password>
</server>
</servers>
Although if you're deploying to localhost I'm not actually convinced
that it would use the <password/> element...the wagon handler for
file:// may not even consult that.
