Hello,
I would like to release the existing code base of a project as GPL. Is it enough to include a LICENSE.txt file or do I have to include the GPL license in every source file of the project ?
If so can maven be used to generate a version of the source code containing the license. I do'nt want the license in every source file when I'm editing it, to minimize scrolling.
