scm svn cruisecontrol issue

Hi all,
Using Maven 1.0.2 + maven-scm-plugin-1.5-beta-3.
I am trying to generate a CruiseControl configuration and here 
is what
I get:

Any sugestion?

P.S. It creates a ${basedir}/target directory and puts there
cruisecontrol-config-temp.xml
