So I look at the generated pom.xml and I found this:

<groupId>org.apache.maven</groupId>
<artifactId>maven-plugin-api</artifactId>
<version>2.0-beta-1-SNAPSHOT</version>
</dependency>
If I remove "-SNAPSHOT", the build completes successfully. Is this a bug?
