The 1.2.4 pom neither has the dependency information, at least in the maven2 respository (http://www.ibiblio.org/maven2/springframework/spring/1.2.4/spring-1.2.4.pom). I have taken a look at the maven1 respoitory and I was only able to find the 1.1.2 pom (http://www.ibiblio.org/maven/springframework/poms/spring-1.1.2.pom).
