I have said that in my initial post. They do not follow the layout and I
have created a parent pom that both extend.
In that parent pom, I have this:
<project>
<build>
<directory>temp</directory>
<outputDirectory>temp/classes</outputDirectory>
<finalName>${artifactId}-${version}</finalName>
<testOutputDirectory>temp/test-classes</testOutputDirectory>
<sourceDirectory>src/main</sourceDirectory>
<scriptSourceDirectory>src/main/scripts</scriptSourceDirectory>
<testSourceDirectory>src/test</testSourceDirectory>
<resources>
<resource>
<directory>src/resources</directory>
</resource>
</resources>
<testResources>
<testResource>
<directory>src/resources</directory>
</testResource>
</testResources>
</build>
...
</project>
Maybe I should specify add ${basedir} or something simular?
