Sorry Toby. I just don't remember how it was done and I don't have access to that code since I have moved to another project at another company. That was last year and I've slept since then.
Perhaps we copied our jar dependencies into someplace where WSAD could find them. I seem to remember some jars in the base project but I'm just not sure how they were used.
