The upcoming checkstyle-plugin-3.0 uses Checkstyle 4.0. A snapshot is
available for testing:
maven plugin:download -DartifactId=maven-checkstyle-plugin
-DgroupId=maven -Dversion=3.0-SNAPSHOT
-Dmaven.repo.remote=http://cvs.apache.org/repository
