Anyway wtp 1.0 is buggy, external libraries don't work anymore so you have to stay with r7 till the bug is resolved. See https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=116783 for details, the issue is scheduled for 1.0.1. Please add a vote to the issue in bugzilla to raise the priority for eclipse developers!
