no, we use now a rewrite rule on ibiblio instead of a redirect that it doens't
supported by 1.0.2

Looks like maybe someone tried to combine the maven1 and maven2
repositories, but maven isn't following the redirects. I patched
maven
1.0.2 to follow the redirects and I'm attaching it. It seems like
whoever is responsible for setting up all of these redirects should
undo
the change until a version of maven 1.x is released that follows the
redirects properly.
