Yes, this is a regression. A change in wagon-file for the 2.0.2 triggered that.
I don't know where to create a jira issue. Is it for the wagon product or for the maven-site-plugin product. Anyway, the patch must be performed on wagon-site (but there is no wagon-file product in Jira). Could someone tell us where to create the jira issue ?
