i'm sure you're right ;-)
But i've already installed axis/axis-jaxrpc/1.1/ in my Rep.
Then there must be an error in the ant Script:

Usually there is a problem with the location!
If i use maven2 per dosPrompt i give maven the settings like this:
-Dorg.apache.maven.global-settings=//<ipadress>/it-web-applikationen$/public/maven/settings.xml
settings.xml
<localRepository>//<ipaddress>/development/mavenRepository</localRepository>
That works. It will look like a bit confusing, but the settings and the
repository should be used by all users. That is the reason to hold them on a
windows share Directory.
Is there a better way?
Can i start ant with an option like mvn -X ?

There's no reason why you can't get it to work by installing it to your
local repo. Sounds to me like you haven't got axis-jaxrpc-1.1.pom
installed at:
axis/axis-jaxrpc/1.1/
Have a look in your in your .m2/repository/axis/axis-jaxrpc/1.1
directory to make sure you've got the pom and you've got
axis-jaxrpc-1.1.jar (yes, you will have to rename the .jar).
