I tried the early release of mevenide for m2, and I think another
plugin, but I don't think I've found what I'm really looking for. I'd
like a plugin that would allow you to run your maven build from inside
eclipse. Anything like that out there?
Also, when we're building webapps, there's an urge to be able to copy
jsp files out immediately for development testing. Right now the way
I've set this up is to run either 'mvn package' or 'mvn war:exploded'.
Anything that will copy the files to the target out put (I point the
server to that directory). I was thinking that, if properly set up,
eclipse could handle this. It breaks the implied separation of maven,
to have eclipse write to maven's build directory, but I also think it
would be pretty helpful. Had I any eclipse experience I'd think about
coding something up.
