I had tried both. Short name does work and quotes do not, but I was hoping for a solution that enabled me to use the full name. I guess beggars can't be choosers though. My problem is I'm going to have to set up the procedure for multiple other people on this and I want it as straight forward as possible. Using short names makes it more difficult a process. Thank you very much for the advice though.
