Hey no problem , it's better to ask then do 3 or 4 bad uploads and piss off the developpers before reading the doc like I did :)
You don't have to be a developer and you can upload the artefact as an attached file. Well I did it two times and they did not complain so I guess it is alright. The best person to answer this I think would be Carlos Sanchez, he seems to be responsible for the uploading stuff.
