To use a snapshot version, you need to add this in the repositories
section of your pom :
<repository>
<id>...</id>
<name>...</name>
<layout>default</layout>
<url>http://cvs.apache.org/maven-snapshot-repository/</url>
<snapshots>
<checksumPolicy>ignore</checksumPolicy>
<updatePolicy>always</updatePolicy>
<enabled>true</enabled>
</snapshots>
</repository>
