The axistools plugin at mojo read a wsdl file in a jar file by using
JarUrlConnection.
The axistools plugin can be checkouted at mojo-sandbox (mojo.codehaus.org)

I am working on a plugin (Mojo) where one of the resources is a batchfile. When
I run the plugin I want to be able to execute the batch file from the mojo
