One of the trial by error attempts. :) Now it's working, but the .fml
files aren't being converted. In m1, by default the .fml files are
found anywhere under ${basedir}/xdocs.

Is it reasonable to expect that if the m2 site plugin is working from
${basedir}/xdocs, it should convert any .fml files it finds there?
