As you've probably guessed, those jars do not exist at those locations. If they did before than they've been moved (obviously), but if you're trying to use them for the first time, or even if they have moved, you could try downloading them manually and then installing them in your local repository. That would be a quick fix since I couldn't tell you where the files have moved to.
