I have maven and continuum each installed in their own folders; continuum is being run as a service. I do not have a maven settings.xml file in user-dir.
I set a system property of M2_HOME=c:\path to root maven folder. I restarted continuum and it still cannot find my local external repositories. (Reboot didn't help either) It does seem to find my internal snapshots. It is behaving the same as before.
