Yes...i am sorry that I couldn't explain the things well might be due to
much more project specific.
In short I want to keep & update 15 flags during continuos build.

describing what you actually want/what your problem is. It doesn't help if

You need to be a lot more specific in explaining what you are trying to do
and what your
problem is so that the folks on this list can understand what you are trying
