What is the difference between maven-proxy and the Repository Manager?
I have been able to find and install the maven proxy. However in the recently released "Better Build with Maven" I first discovered the existence of the Maven Repository Manager. Unfortunately the link mentioned in the book does not work :-( Now I wonder if both are actually the same.
