I'm trying to remember how I wanted this to work. My goal was to
generate package-level UML diagrams, such as [1].
Do you think your code belongs in a 'graphviz-maven-plugin'? I also
wonder if it could be done with maven-exec-plugin [2] (but I haven't
tried.)
Right now, I advise you to try to depend on the smc plugin and reuse
the current API. Let me know how this works, if you have problems or
lack features. Then we can think of moving it into a separate plugin
as soon as the code stabilizes.
