i'm trying to use maven-proxy, i have a ntlmaps proxy setup. The maven-proxy.properties file has an entry for the proxy and port, but i get java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused.

I'm not sure when it will be available but I can tell you what I know of Maven-proxy. I got it up and running here. I used the war distribution and dropped it into a Jetty instance. I had some trouble understanding how to get things to work through our authenticating in office proxy but finally got it working.
