You can try to set the MAVEN_OPTS environment variable. On windows its set
MAVEN_OPTS=-Xmx512m. There might be a way to give jetty in specific more
memory, but I don't know how (yet).

Subject: eclipse maven plugin heap size?

I'm running jetty6:run through the eclipse maven plugin. How do I set
the -Xmx option to increase the heap size?
