Hi Szczepan,
There's no feature for this in the maven PMD plugin. You can file a jira 
for this at
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MPMD

The current setting is that the build fails only if the failOnValidation 
parameter is set to true
and the overall number of violations is greater than 1.
