you are looking for the surefire-report plugin:

Add this to your pom:
<reporting>
<plugins>
<plugin>
<groupId>org.apache.maven.plugins</groupId>
<artifactId>maven-surefire-report-plugin</artifactId>
</plugin>
</plugins>
</reporting>
when you run 'mvn site' it generates a surefire report in the 'Project Reports' section of
the site.
