Why:
headerFile = C:\scm_work\nova\trunk\maven\LICENSE.txt
headerLocation = LICENSE.txt
I DO NOT set headerFile & headerLocation ! when I delete
C:\scm_work\nova\trunk\maven\LICENSE.txt, all is ok.
