First off, go read this page:
http://maven.apache.org/guides/mini/guide-coping-with-sun-jars.html

If and only if the licensing terms for these jars have changed such
that they can legally be hosted on the ibiblio can they be considered
for hosting. So if they are still under the Sun BCL (which does not
permit redistribution in the manner employed by Maven) they cannot; if
they are now under the CDDL (or something similar) then they can be.

Perhaps an odd question... but why would you possibly want these older
versions hosted on Central? Do you have a specific requirement for
these older jars?

I was wondering if the powers that be could add the Sun jars for JTA
(javax.transaction/jta/1.0.1) and Connector
(javax.resource/connector-api/1.5) to the central ibiblio maven2 repo. I
see that JTA 1.0.1B is there; can the previous two versions be added as well
(1.0.1A, 1.0.1)?

Thanks,
Matthew
