dependency problem with hibernate-annotations

Hi people,

org.hibernate.hibernate-annotations.3.2.0.cr1 depends on
<dependency>
   <groupId>javax.persistence</groupId>
   <artifactId>ejb</artifactId>
   <version>3.0-public-draft-20060502</version>
</dependency>

Which actually doesn't exist in maven2 repository. Is there a resposible 
to fix it?
