Imho one shouldn't use the m2eclipse-plugin, but just the 'normal' eclipse-plugin for maven... As for the RAD-version, a colleague and I are working on that for one of our customers and we are willing (and allowed) to release that stuff. We are not exactly sure on WHEN we will release it, but it shouldn't be too long...
