Sorry about that. As I understand it, 1.1.3 has a problem that prevented wider distribution. If you need it, it's in a staging repo. See this page: http://wiki.apache.org/myfaces/Using_MyFaces_in_a_Project_built_with_Maven But at this point, I'd advise using 1.1.4-SNAPSHOT. We're working to get MyFaces Core 1.1.4 released, and it will be available on ibiblio.
I did find this which is pretty cool. https://maven2-repository.dev.java.net/
