Is it possible to override a plugin's dependencies, like you can with a
normal dependency? I'm trying to use the maven-hibernate3-plugin, and
getting the following error:

Try downloading the file manually from:

Then, install it using the command:
mvn install:install-file -DgroupId=javax.transaction-DartifactId=jta
