Ah, if you need that jar for compilation also, you should probably move
that dependency out from under maven-antrun-plugin and make it a general
project dependency. Then modify the taskdef line to:

                <taskdef name="xmlbean"
classname="org.apache.xmlbeans.impl.tool.XMLBean">
                  <classpath refid="maven.compile.classpath"/>
                </taskdef>
