They aren't being actively developed, per se, however there has been a lot

I've been toying with and blogging about the Groovy plugins and tools in

Groovy mailing list and I'm wondering if they are being actively
maintained.
I'm also wondering what the process is for a plugin to graduate from the
sandbox into the regular Maven distribution sites. Where can I find out
more
info?
