I am always suspicious of spaces in paths, especially on Windows, and
especially on a non-English Windows install.
Move your repo to a folder with no spaces in it ie c:\m2repo and try
again. Or if you can't move it, use "subst" DOS command to map a drive
to the repository folder, which might work.
