I configure idea with the maven-idea-plugin, then I tell idea that log4j
and commons-logging should not be deployed (they are provided by jboss -
give ClassClastExceptions if they are deployed - and the
maven-idea-plugin doesn't know to not add them when scope is
provided...) and then I hot deploy from idea - it doesn't use maven
