We started getting errors this weekend:

org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-plugins:4-SNAPSHOT' could not be retrieved f
rom repository: maven-snapshots due to an error: Error transferring file
I cannot connect to the snapshot repository with a browser:
http://cvs.apache.org/maven-snapshot-repository
Any clues? Did the repository move, or is the server down?
