entire XSD and not assume... ;-)

In that case, I really have no idea why its not recognized. Try moving
it under <plugin> just for fun and see if the "unrecognised tag" error
goes away.

I've tried moving it to just before <plugins>  and immediately after
</plugins> and I still get the same error.

Where are the maven gurus?Please help
