Right... it doesn't exist yet, we need to design it. Earlier, I asked, "Any ideas on how to present that as an option? What would the menu link be called? How should the pages on the wiki be organized?" As for when... I'm booked for a couple more weeks, but have set aside some time for this in mid-November if no one has gotten to it by then.
