The surefire-report plugin seems to add the
"xml-apis:xml-apis=xml-apis:xml-apis:jar:1.0.b2:compile" to the
projectArtifactMap. Running mvn -X surefire-report:report gives this:

If I run "mvn -X surefire:report", then this dependency is not present in
the projectArtifactMap.
This additional dependency makes my unit tests fail. Is this a known bug?
Any workarounds?
