... my mistake: It does not display the pure scm.tagBase URL, of course it
adds the created tag for the project to it.
But still it points to the SVN Repository and not to the WebSVN web
application which is normally used during site creation.
It might be an idea for future releases of the release-plugin to also add
the web-access URL to a release process/file. Because the created site might
be an essential part of a project documentation available to customers
(specially after a release) and the right URL should be used throughout the
development...
